• The use of an automated and manual conversational messaging system
• Two-way SMS communication managed through RingCentral
• Storage and processing of your SMS interactions within RingCentral’s secure environment
• Use of conversational messaging for appointment coordination, service updates, employee communication related to your case, and general customer support
RingCentral functions strictly as a communication platform. Your personal information, including your phone number, will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.
All RingCentral communications adhere to carrier, CTIA, and compliance standards required for SMS messaging.
